Shipping Information

  • expogoods.com offers a large selection of products and ships from multiple warehouses and vendors across the United States. We also ship from some international destinations. Depending on the product purchased, you may receive shipments from more than one warehouse.
  • We will choose the carrier to best fit your shipment needs – typically FedEx or UPS within the United States.
  • You will be provided with tracking details once an order has shipped. It is then the responsibility of the customer to monitor all shipments and delivery timelines.
  • expogoods.com is not responsible for delays or damage caused by a third-party shipping carrier. expogoods.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather or carrier service interruptions. expogoods.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately and we will assist in filing a claim. We must be notified of any damages within 24 hours upon receipt and all packaging materials and damaged goods must be saved and photographed for a claim to be filed.
  • Shipping charges are determined based on shipping address provided and service level chosen. Any address correction surcharges resulting from an incorrect address provided by the customer will be the responsibility of the customer. Please review all details carefully when placing your order.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable if expogoods.com made no shipping error.
  • In rare and special circumstances, if you choose to ship your order via your own carrier or use your own FedEx or UPS account then the shipment terms are “Free on Board” (FOB), which means that all obligations, costs, and damage risk involved in the delivery of goods shift from expogoods.com to the buyer once it leaves the warehouse.
  • For destinations outside the United States, your country may levy inbound duty or customs fees ("destination charges") that you must pay. Those charges are not included in your order total and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Should these fees be charged to expogoods.com, these fees will be paid on behalf of the client and in turn will be billed to the client. The credit card that was used to place the order will be charged for these additional fees.
  • Any lead or delivery times indicated on this website are only estimates. These estimates should not be misconstrued as actual amounts of time for production. Please reach out to us directly to confirm production timelines.
